Your daughter would get along well with a little boy I know who didn't like being corrected by his kindergarten teacher and challenged her with "What are your credentials?"

As I look for a job, I sometimes get nervous at trying something new, but I know I really thrive when I get to learn and learn. I'm teaching myself social networking both to be ready for that next job, and to help me find it.

I was recently given the responsibility of doing all proposals for my organization. I was brought on to create a sustained giving program - great timing for that - and because there are so few of us I was given this task as well. I have no experience in the realm and I feel overwhelmed most of the time. I am comforted to know that others who have proven themselves successful have been thrust in this role much like I have been.
