There’s a lot to be said for that old adage – KISS – keep it simple stupid!
I’m reminded of something I read once about communication being a two way process that was only completed when the other person understood what it was I was trying to say.
Life is tough enough for those in the non-profit world without creating additional difficulties for themselves – this video is a good reminder of that.
