There&#039;s a lot to be said for that old adage - KISS - keep it simple stupid!

I&#039;m reminded of something I read once about communication being a two way process that was only completed when the other person understood what it was I was trying to say.

Life is tough enough for those in the non-profit world without creating additional difficulties for themselves - this video is a good reminder of that.
